Fri-Sat 14-15	MUSCLE CAR CITY ROAD TRIP (PUNTA GORDA). Join CFCA for our visit to Rick Teworgy's Muscle Car City car museum in Punta Gorda. Due to the distance this will be an overnight trip. We will meet at the Cracker Barrel off I-4 and Kirkman (5859 Caravan Ct. Orlando) on Friday evening, Jan 14th. Get there early if you want dinner. We will leave at 7pm sharp. Our destination for the evening will be the Hampton Inn, 24480 Sandhill Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33983 (exit 170 off I-75). Call the Hampton at 941-627-5600 for reservations and be sure to ask for the special CORVETTE CLUB rate of $89.00. Distance from departure is about 160 miles. Fri 21	MUSCLE @ MOTOR MADNESS CRUISE. At Muscle Cars & Handle Bars, 1001 N. Orlando Ave - Winter Park, FL 32789, 6 - 10 p.m., Friday Night, Jan 21st. They had well over 200 cars, bikes and trucks for the Nov show. Plenty of lighted parking and spaces to show off your ride. You can rock till you drop to the best music from the past and present. Sat 29	NCRS 33rd ANNUAL WINTER REGIONAL MEET, Old Towne Kissimmee. Click here for NCRS event info. On Sat, Jan 29th, CFCA will meet at the Cracker Barrel at 13300 South Orange Blossom Trail, off 417. Arrive around 8:00 a.m. if you want breakfast. We will depart as a group at 9:00 a.m. sharp and caravan to Old Town, in Kissimmee (5770 W Bronson Memorial Hwy). Sun 6	CFCA ANNUAL BOARD MEETING - The CFCA Annual Board Meeting will be on Sunday, Feb 6th, starting at 4 pm at Mark & Margaret Adams' home. This is a working meeting so all Board Members should come prepared to discuss possible changes to the ByLaws and SOP as well as any other changes we want to consider for the club in 2011. We will eat afterwards so please RSVP to Margaret so they'll know how many to expect.

Sat 26	SEMINOLE HARD ROCK CASINO NIGHT. Join us for an overnight cruise to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. We will spend the night at the nearby Comfort Suites (4506 Oak Fair Blvd, Tampa, FL 33610) for a MUCH cheaper room rate of $109.99 (Hard Rock hotel rooms can cost $300 and up!) We'll take some backroads enroute to stretch our Corvette's legs. Then we'll meet in our hotel lobby at 4:00 to head over to the casino where we will all win BIG, at least in the FUN department. Immediately following the tour our meeting will begin upstairs at 7:00 p.m. This is an important meeting in which we will do an annual review of last year's events and finances and ask the membership to vote on proposed changes to the CFCA ByLaws and SOP. Each member is asked to review our existing ByLaws and SOP in the Members Only section of the CFCA website and submit any suggested changes to a Board Member for consideration prior to the Annual Board Meeting on Feb 6th.

Join us for a driveout to the monthly shown 'n shine event at the Route 46 Entertainment District in Sanford. No fancy car show, just a venue to show off your ride and visit with other car enthusiasts. Live music, prizes, food, etc. While we are there, be sure to stop by and say hello and thanks to our new sponsor, VIP Corvettes who will have a display there. CFCA has been asked to provide 6 Corvette convertibles to carry dignitaries (mayor, city & county council, & Tuskegee Airmen) in this large, well attended community parade. CFCA will receive a donation for the Russell Home. Patriotic theme so bring American flags to decorate your car if you have them. We will meet Monday morning about 9:00 am on the parade route in Sanford (our spots are near the front, #6 - #12). Parade starts at 10:00 am. Sat 24	DEFENDERS CAR SHOW, downtown Melbourne. The show is being held in conjunction with the Fireball Run ( www.fireballrun.com ) celebrity road rally which begins that same Saturday morning in Melbourne. Room for around 175 cars to be displayed in addition to the 50 Fireball Run race cars which will be leaving from downtown on Saturday morning. Show on Saturday will be 'GM only' as Chevrolet is a nationwide sponsor of the Fireball Run. Three Corvette Classes. The show will take up the entire area between US-1 and the railroad tracks in historic downtown Melbourne. New Haven Ave will be blocked off and the 1900 Building parking lot set aside for display cars. Combined with the Downtown Fall Art Festival which is also going on that weekend, expect a huge spectator attendance and lots of fun. Registration fee $25. Sponosred by the Orlando Harley Owners Group, all CORVETTES are invited to particpate this year in a fun poker run to benefit the Russell Home for Atypical Children. Registration begins at 8:30 AM at the I-4 Harley Davidson store, 3770 37th St, Orlando. Click here for directions to the H-D Store. When arriving at the I-4 HD Dealership, park right alongside the Lake in the dealership parking, or against the fence alongside the motorcycle training pad. Sat 22	4TH ANNUAL DAYTONA DREAM CRUISE. It's Big, It's Fun & It's Free - The Daytona Beach Dream Cruise is being held for the 4th time in 2011. Again this year you'll enjoy tremendous numbers of super cars & trucks gathered at terrific venues. Also for 2011, there'll be unique car theme movies at different waterfront venues Fri. & Sat, nights. This year's free Official Keepsake Photos will be shot with the beach & ocean in the background. Fri 4 - Sun 6	CFCA TRIP TO THE KEYS. Join CFCA for a fun weekend in Key West, Florida! No car show, just fun in the sun in the Keys. Discounted hotel arrangements, sunset cruise, and of course, the Duvall Crawl. CFCA will depart from the Cracker Barrel on OBT (just south of 417) at 7:00 am sharp. Arrive when they open at 6:00 if you want breakfast. We should arrive at our hotel in Key West late afternoon. You must call the Sheraton Suites Key West at 800-452-3224 and reference the CENTRAL FLORIDA CORVETTE ASSOCIATION to get our group rate. More hotel rooms are available but we won't be able to hold them much longer. Sat 3	ANNUAL BREVARD COUNTY CORVETTE TOY RUN. CFCA meets at Dogs R Us, 4200 Washington Ave, in Titusville at 1030, depart at 1130 for Eckler's. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate. Line up at Eckler Industries' parking lot at noon, depart at 2:00 p.m. with a police/fire truck escort south on US 1 to SR 528 to Port Canaveral and Rusty's Seafood Restaurant where the toys will be handed off to the fire department. Sat 10	CFCA CHRISTMAS PARTY EXTRAVAGANZA, at the Doubletree Hotel, 60 South Ivanhoe Blvd, downtown Orlando (407-425-4455). Cocktails/Socializing at 7 pm, dinner served at 7:30 pm. CFCA'S Christmas Party is our big formal event of the year with fine dining, music, member and sponsor recognition, end of year awards, door prizes, cash bar, entertainment by DJ Dany, dancing, and loads of FUN! CFCA will subsidize about 2/3 of the overall cost to keep the per member cost low... only $20 per person ($30 non-member guests). Sun 18	RUSSELL HOME CHRISTMAS DRIVEOUT. The Russell Home for Atypical Children is our one and only charity, and we need your continued support to make this the best Christmas ever! This is a wonderous facility that brings so much love, kindness, and compassion to so many every day. If you have not had a chance to personally visit the home, then this is the perfect time to see what CFCA works so hard for all year!
